Pat BillinghamPat Billingham has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector, both in public and private strategic business leadership roles, as well as serving on a public/private Board as a Board member and as Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee. She has a strong and enduring interest in the development of teams and has been an active and sought-after mentor and coach. During her time with Ernst and Young, her client service roles over the years have resulted in broad based sector expertise including IT, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and distribution, working with clients to develop their international business models and, for retail and distribution sectors, the development of supply chain and fulfilment strategies. As a senior partner with Ernst & Young, she provided leadership to global business, advising international companies on their expansion strategies, and providing insight and assurance to Boards as they develop, deliver and embark on strategic change. Pat's leadership roles have all included responsibility for people and talent development. She has achieved personal accreditation through Ernst & Young's rigorous internal training programmes. Pat is an active supporter of Ernst & Young's Women's Network and mentored women in senior roles within the firm Now actively building a portfolio career, Pat is business adviser to the board and the family of a privately-owned property company, coach to senior executives in their career development programmes and a co-opted member of the Audit Committee of The University of East London.
